The hood scoop is functional. It routes cold air to the engine.
Here is a close-up of the instruments within the dash.
The interior is black.
The rear seat is also black as well as the convertible top boot.

This is the original M-code 351ci V8 4-barrel engine. Modification include a Edelbrock "Performer" package and ceramic coated Hooker headers.
The original gold interior was removed in favor of this awesome black Deluxe interior with the light teak woodgrain.
It has a Rim Blow Deluxe steering wheel, a wide-ratio 4-speed manual transmission, and cool pony floor mats. I've always wondered if the driver can see the clock in this 1969 dash setup.
Check out the window sticker. This car has $1026 in options. That's one-third of the base price! The V8 engine upgrade was only $84 while the 4-speed manual transmission upgrade was $204.
This is a 1969 Mach 1 owned by Mick Stadtmiller from Qld Australia. This Mach 1 was originally Poppy Green and possibly an extension of the
1968 Rainbow of Colors dealer promotion. It is our featured
Attitude Of The Week for the week starting November 29, 2015. The Mustang was sold new at Russ Davis Ford in Covina, California. It was imported to Australia in the late 70s early 80s. This Mach 1 has it's factory 428cj engine and a 4-speed manual transmission. Mick says that it was the cover car for
Street Machine Magazine Oct/Nov 1983.
Gulfstream Aqua 1969 Mustang Grande hardtop with original paint and interior and a 290hp (at 4800rpm), 351 cubic inch Winsor, 4 barrel V8 engine. The standard Grande options for 1969 were the deluxe cloth seats, wire wheel covers, rocker panel moldings, rim blow deluxe steering wheel, color keyed racing mirrors, electric clock, bright pedal pads, two tone tape stripe, a sport ground package, modified rear suspension, wheel tip and rear deck moldings, exterior ID plaque (Grande lettering on C-pillar), interior woodgrain highlights, padded trim panels and arm rests, and padded door panels with courtesy lights. Other exterior options not included in the 1969 Grande package included the white vinyl roof. There is 70K miles on this car and it has been kept very well.
