This is the 2010 BF Goodrich/Hurst Mustang Pace Car. It was the official pace car at the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge race on September 19, 2009. There are 50 replica units produced at Hurst's Performance Center in Irvine, California for public sale. Each car gets a custom Hurst supercharger which give the engine 435hp and 400 ft-lb of torque, 20-inch polished forged aluminum wheels with gold-painted center spokes, BF Goodrich's g-Force KDW tires, an Eibach suspension components, Hurst-tuned coil-over dampers and upgraded anti-roll bars, gold Hurst shift handle, Hurst embroidered seats and floor mats, and Hurst team signatures on the trunk.

This Hurst emblem plate is found in the center of the dash. It calls it a "Ford Racing Mustang Challenge BF Goodrich/Hurst Pace Car". Since this is the actual pace car, the ID plate does not have the sequence number. The
replicas have a serial number on the bottom line.

Here you can see that special Hurst emblem above the radio and air controls. According to the speedometer, this guy isn't going that fast. Maybe 20 miles per hour!

Here is a 2010 BF Goodrich/Hurst Mustang Pace Car replica. 50 of these units were built. This is unit #4. They are all Performance White GT convertibles with white seats, white convertible tops, and white top boots. Unique to the Hurst Pace Car are; Hurst pistol-grip shifter, Hurst 20x9" front and 20x10" rear polished aluminum wheels with gold painted spoke insets, BF Goodrich KDW performance tires, Hurst exterior graphics and badges, Hurst series 2 sequentially numbered dash badge, Hurst/Roush supercharger, Hurst/Magnaflow stainless-steel cat-back exhaust, Hurst/Eibach coil-over adjustable suspension and sway-bar, Hurst Air-Speed rear spoiler, Hurst leather interior with contrast top-stitching and embroidered logo, Hurst embroidered logo floor mats, and Hurst Gold racing stripes.

Check out the Hurst faux gas cap on the rear. In this shot the white convertible top is up. It has a rear window defroster.

We have Hurst 20x9" polished forged aluminum wheels with gold painted spoke insets up front. In the rear are 10" wide versions. They have Hurst emblems in the center.

The 4.6L GT engine is topped off with a Roush supercharger. This brings the engine up to 435hp and 400 lb/ft of torque.

The interior is white and black. Check out the special gold Hurst shifter!

Here is a close-up of the gold Hurst shifter. It has the shift pattern etched into the top side.

This ID plate is located on the center dash just above the sound system and air controls. It identifies the car as a BF Goodrich / Hurst Pace Car and ID number 4 of 50 units. The
actual pace car has a slightly different plate.

The white seats have the Hurst emblem embroidered into their backs.

Grabber Blue 2010 Mustang Shelby GT500 convertible at the 2010 Mustang car show in Port Angeles, Washington. This was the only car under cover and was a feature car from one of the local dealerships. No drawing to win it, but it sure looked great.

Built by SMS Supercars, this is a Torch Red 2010 SMS 460 Mustang coupe with SMS custom body kit, SMS graphics and badges, SMS custom interior, and SMS engine upgrades and handling. There is a 470hp, supercharged, 4.6L V8 under the hood.
