Options include; Selectaire air conditioning, Mach-1 sports interior group, power steering, power front disc brakes, AM/FM Stereo, console, Deluxe seat belts and warning light, factory tinted windows, color-keyed spoiler and front bumper, color-keyed racing mirrors, NASA/NACA style hood scoops, grille sport lamps, competition suspension, trim rings with hub caps, and steel guard rails.

Grabber Blue 1971 Mach-1 Grabber Blue 1971 Mustang Mach-1 fastback, front end view. The space program was all the rage in the early 1970s. These hood scoops were designed to look like the scoops on the NASA space craft which used the NACA (National Advisory Committee on Aeronautics) duct design. Mainly that triangular indentation forward of the hood opening.

1971 Mach-1 Engine This is an early M-code 280hp 351ci 4V V8 engine. These engines were available in Mustangs produced before May 1971. This car was built April 21, 1971.
1971 Mach-1 Interior The interior is white and black.
1971 Mach-1 Dash Here is a detailed photo of the dash. There are three gauges in front of the driver. One, being the clock! Three other gauges are in the center of the dash.

Bright Silver Blue 1971 T-5 Mach-1 Bright Silver Blue 1971 T5 Mach-1 fastback with silver stripes and silver rocker panels. The T-5 was exported to Germany because the Mustang could not. T5 was the project name of the original mustang prototype. To export to Germany, new T5 fender emblems were added and any Mustang wording was removed.
