This is the car's original 351ci 2-barrel V8 engine.
The interior is blue as well.
This is the original window sticker for this Mach-1. It lists the standard Mach-1 standard equipment as well as $429.77 in other options. Hard to read the options due to the glue that held it to the window peeled the face of the paper away.
This is a Maroon 1972 Mustang convertible with a black interior and black convertible top. Under the hood is a 302ci 2-barrel V8 engine. It has power steering, power brakes, and an automatic transmission. Ford called this color Maroon. I'd call it Burgundy.

This is the original 302ci 2-barrel V8 engine. How do I know it's a 302 with a 2 barrel? Because, it says 302-2V on the air cleaner.
It has a black leather interior with wood grain door inserts. The factory AM radio still works. The original clock on the console doesn't. It's only right twice a day.
The Data Plate tag is located in the driver's side door jamb. This Mustang was built in June of 1972. It's factory color was
2J for Maroon.
