The 2024 Dark Horse is performance series Mustang based on the GT which adds more styling, handling, and power. Under the hood is a naturally aspirated, Coyote, 5.0-liter, V-8. Expected to be combined by most with the available Handling Package, this is one powerful car on the track. There are also a stripped down Dark Horse S model as well as a track-only Dark Horse R. These are two of the six 2024 Mustang race family (Dark Horse S, Dark Horse R, Mustang GT3, Mustang GT4, NHRA Factory X, and NASCAR cup car).
