(from page 8 of the 1976 Collection) The MPG emblem is a decal placed under the Mustang II emblems on the front fenders. This car still retains it's original paint, so the emblem placement was done by the factory.

(from page 1 of the 2001 Collection) I own one of these 1968 Bullitt Movie Posters. The 2001 Mustang GT Bullitt was inspired by the 1968 Mustang fastback driven by Steve McQueen in the detective movie Bullitt. Bullitt is most-remembered for its central car chase scene through the streets of downtown San Francisco, one of the earliest and most influential car chase sequences in movie history. The movie's director called for speeds of 75 to 80 mph, but the cars (including the ones containing the cameras) reached speeds of over 110 mph on surface streets. Filming of the chase scene took three weeks, resulting in 9 minutes and 42 seconds of film.

(from page 6 of the 2001 Collection) This is the Bullitt Police Interceptor rear emblem.

(from page 12 of the 2001 Collection) Close-up of the Cobra emblem on the fender. Nice!

(from page 13 of the 2003 Collection) Black 2003 Mustang Mach 1 Police coupe, rear left view. The 2003 Mach 1 has a "Shaker" styled air intake scoop that cools down the special 305hp (at 5800rpm), 4.6 liter, double overhead cam, V8 engine. The Mach 1 came with either a 5-speed manual or 5 speed automatic transmission, both with a 3.55:1 rear axle ratio. Suspension changes lowered the car a half inch and received 13 inch front and 11.7 inch back Brembo brakes. Other Mach 1 features included a custom chin spoiler, hood tape stripe with edge pin striping, side stripe with Mach 1 graphic letters, a black free-standing rear wing, and 17 inch five-spoke alloy wheels patterned after the Magnum 500 wheels of the earlier Mach1s.

(from page 1 of the 2005 Collection) Gotta have that ultra-cool MustangAttitude.com window decal!

(from page 11 of the 2005 Collection) Redfire 2005 Mustang Roush Stage 2 coupe with a supercharger. Awesome shot eh? The front grille and fog light surrounds are also painted Redfire. This is a Roush factory conversion - serial number 05-0071. It has a black interior with red seat inserts. It wears a set of huge 1- inch wheels. That RoushCharger gives the engine a total of 485 horsepower.

(from page 3 of the 2006 Collection) Check out the Arizona desert! The bright sun changes the color to a silver. The 17-inch wheels have Tri-bar Pony emblems.

This is serial number 1 for 2007.

(from page 3 of the 2008 Collection) This is Sean Mattingly's vision of a radical six-wheeled V14 powered Mustang built for racing. Any modifications Sean? Sean explains, "Does it have any interesting modifications? No, there are none. I started with an elf-sponsored 2008 Tyrrell Mustang. It comes with six wheels already. I don't see anything unusual about that, do you? Really, I made this one night as a tribute to the Formula One car that was the most radical F1 car ever to have raced starting in 1976. While the original race car had a Ford V8, this one has been upgraded to a V14. What the heck - the hood was long enough to allow an engine with more cylinders. Enjoy this six-wheeled mental exercise that would turn everyone's head if it ever hit the streets."

(from page 22 of the 2008 Collection) Close-up of the Saleen Watt's Link setup which includes fully tuned struts, shocks, springs and rear sway bar. First designed for and used on the Parnelli Jones Saleen, the Watts-Link suspension is derived from racing and performance applications, and offers the purest in race-type handling. The superior springs, shocks and swaybars provide even greater performance capabilities enabling the tires to remain firmly on the road even in extreme cornering.
