Interior view of a 1969 Mustang Mach 1 fastback with its original white clarion knit vinyl Mach 1 interior (only 39,500 miles on this car, although it was repainted). The Mach 1 came standard with high-back seats, black carpets, a Rim-Blow steering wheel, center console, clock, sound-deadening insulation, and teakwood grained trim on the doors/dash/console.

A new looking door data tag showing that this is a fastback Mach 1 63C, painted Indian Red (Ford 3202-A) Y, with a blackout hood 5, white vinyl mach 1 interior 3W, assembled on the 21st of April 1969 21D, for the Buffalo area 37, 4.30:1 limited slip rear axle W, and C-6 XPL automatic transmission U.

Aztec Aqua 1969 Mach 1 Mustang fastback owned by Richard Ellis from Gilbert, West Virginia. It has a manual transmission and it's original 302ci V8 engine. Richard's daughter, Beth, sent the photo and adds, "This is my father's pride and joy. He purchased it new and has recently restored it to it's original grandeur. It has only 30,000 original miles. The only thing he lacks is the stripes and he is working on that now. Would love to hear from anyone else who has the same model or knows anyone who does."

This special order 1969 Sportsroof is being restored by David Laidlaw of Chesterfield, Derbyshire in the U.K. Hopefully we will get more photos as the restoration progresses. We think it maybe a late part of the West coast promotion. David writes,
Wimbledon White 1969 Mustang Boss 429 fastback with an incredible 375hp (at 5200rpm), 429ci, 4 barrel, Boss V8 engine. This car has been restored although it has only 30,000 original miles on it.
