(3 photos of a 1997 Crystal White Roush Stage 1 Mustang Coupe) This is a great custom 1997 Roush Mustang Stage 1 sold at Barrett Jackson. 1997 was the first year Roush Performance did the modifications themselves to the Mustang rather than only dealers and authorized third parties. The Stage 1 offered mainly appearance upgrades but this one received additional upgrades: chip upgrade, performance gauges inside, bored engine, ring and crank upgrades, billet rod upgrades, and performance headers and valve job.

Joe's Speedster was one of our favorites at the 2011 Mustang Roundup held in Bellevue, Washington. Originally only one hundred 2008 Mustang Roush Speedster limited edition sport cars were to be built. Features include black top; black wheels; orange exterior graphics and stripes; Roush front fascia, chin spoiler, hood scoop and rear wing/spoiler; high flow grille; ROUSHcharger under the hood; and Roush custom interior to name a few.

Under the hood is a 360ci 4.6L Roush-charged V8. It is owned by Roger Tonkin of New Plymouth, New Zealand. Roger says, It's a 2008 Roush Speedster, Stage 3 so supercharged. We've owned for 2 years and really enjoy it. 28000 miles and is just as it came from the Roush factory.It's the 10th Mustang we have owned. We are members of the local Taranaki Mustang Club with regular trips around our province and a yearly NZ wide Convention. Just recently NZ has started selling right hand drive Mustangs brand new. Very popular, but not for me. Left hand drive is American and that's what I like. I'm retired and enjoying life with our car and would like to correspond with any other enthusiast at our email address.
