(from page 10 of the 2004 Collection) Competition Orange 2004 Mustang Cobra convertible owned by Bill Flynn from Spencer, Tennessee. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting January 17, 2016. It has a 4.6L Supercharged V8 engine and a manual transmission. Bill tells us, "I am the 2nd owner and have had the my Cobra GT-R for less than a year. I purchased it with 6,000 original miles. The car was modified by Ford to honor their 2004 Mustang GT-R shown at the auto show. It was outfitted with Ford racing internals, wheels, tires, and interior."

(from page 10 of the 2004 Collection) Here is a shot with the hood open showing the 4.6L Super Charged V8 engine.

(from page 11 of the 2004 Collection) Competition Orange 2004 Mustang GT convertible owned by Mike and Shirley Roode from Maitland Ontario Canada. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting February 10, 2020. Mike tells us more, "This car was purchased new by us on July 19th, 2004. After much research, we found there were only 408 Mustang GT convertibles produced in Competition Orange - 171 automatics and 231 standards. After all the years of ownership and 92,000 Kilometers (55,000 miles), the car still wins awards at car shows in the stock category. The only modifications have been a Mach 1 chin spoiler, a light bar and a K&N Cold Air intake system. We still get many looks from people due to the color however now they are also impressed with the condition of a car which is this old and driven this much. The car has never seen snow or a gravel road."

(from page 9 of the 2012 Collection) Amazing Competition Orange Mustang Boss 302 coupe with Boss stripes and Boss 302, 19 inch black-painted aluminum wheels. I photographed this car at the 2011 Mustang Round-up car show held in Bellevue, Washington.

(from page 9 of the 2012 Collection) Here is the 2012 Competition Orange Mustang Boss 302 when I first saw it along side a red one in the background and a white and another orange one on the other side. In this photo, the color almost seems red; but next the the red, it certainly is orange.

(from page 9 of the 2012 Collection) Left side view of a Competition Orange 2012 Boss 302 Mustang coupe. Now you can really see the orange in the paint. Competition Orange is a variant of the original Poppy Red used on the first Mustang.

(from page 9 of the 2012 Collection) In this view you can see better the the Boss 302 standard rear spoiler.

(from page 9 of the 2012 Collection) Close-up of the Boss 19 inch black-painted wheels. Those are Brembo brakes.
