This page of the 1984 Ford Mustang Promotional booklet shows the main Ford Mustang models of the sporty SVO, GT, LX, and baselevel L. Notice that there was no convertible L models. All convertibles were either LX or GT models. The three basic body styles were 2-door coupe, 3-door hatchback, and convertible.
