1972 Mach 1 Mustang has the NASA/NACA-style hood scoop, honeycomb grille, new black paint with Argent Silver stripes, and after market wheels. Black was not a factory colored offered on the Mustang in 1972. The other two years black was not offered was 1973 and 1974.

White 1972 Mustang Sprint convertible owned by Rex Turner form Vienna, Virginia. This was our featured Attitude Of The Week for January 20th, 2008. Rex tells us more, "I have owned this 1972 Sprint convertible for four years. It is one of fifty made for the DC Cherry Blossom Parade. The 72 sprints were made to commemorate the 72 Olympics. I am the 2nd owner and the car is unrestored." Check out the National Cherry Blossom Festival license plate on this car and the blooming cherry trees.
