Michael tells us more, "This is my second GT. I have a 2002 as well. I was in the market but not really looking for anything special until I ran across this one! The color and glass roof sold me right away. I have put in a few aftermarket items. It is a daily driver. I currently run at 2000 RPM and getting 31mpg but yet can keep up with the best of them. This is the best automobile investment I have ever made."

(1 photo of a 2009 Vapor Silver Mustang Shelby GT-500 Coupe) Vapor 2009 Shelby GT500 coupe owned by Nick and Teri Garcia from Pennsylvania . This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting February 17, 2013. Teri had this story to share, "My Husband and I have always loved Mustangs. We own a 1967 Dusk Rose Mustang and have always wanted a newer Mustang to go with the old one. Little did we know, we would end up with one so soon. At the end of last summer(2012) an older gentleman decided to trade his 2009 Shelby GT500 in on another vehicle. My parents just happened to be at the dealership on this day.(I believe it was a Friday) My husband and I got home on Sunday from a beach vacation. This is when my parents started talking about this beautiful Shelby GT500 and what an amazing price it was and that it only had 1,800 miles. My husband's face lite up. He called the dealership on Monday and they still had the Shelby. We went to look at it that night and brought it home with us. We felt like it was one of those once in a lifetime opportunity's. We are still pinching ourselves."

(1 photo of a 2009 Performance White Mustang GT California Special Convertible) Performance White 2009 Mustang GT California Special convertible owned by Annie Gagnon from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. Annie tells us, "My nick name is 'Mustang Girl Annie'. I have a GT/CS with horse tattoo on my back and a Mustang horse and Mustang in script on my leg. My husband bought me my first stang in 2007 - a gorgeous 2000 LX convertible silver. That was her name too, for saying thank you for supporting him and my kids while he was in Afghanistan for 8 months. Oh my - it started a crazy passion, added parts, joined the Gatineau Mustang club, got the tats, and sold it in 2009 to realize my dream of buying a GT/CS. It happened on January 26 2009. It will be mine for ever. I just added a few interior chrome parts, a custom tonneau cover, and a Roush CAI. I'm thinking of having a custom 'support our troops' ribbon painted on my hood depending of the price. It would be my way of saying thank you to my husband and all the soldiers for what they do for our Country. Be safe and let's ride the pony :-) Mustang Girl Annie."

(1 photo of a 2010 Red Candy Mustang Convertible) Red Candy 2010 Mustang convertible owned by Gregory White from Abington, Pennsylvania. Gregory tells us, "After wanting one for as long as I can remember, I finally broke down last June [2009] and got a 2010 Mustang, V6, 4.0 liter, convertible, Metallic Candy Apple Red. I've made some mods, but they've all been cosmetic. Racing Stripes from hood to trunk, runner stripes at the bottom of each door with MUSTANG lettering, all custom fluid caps for the engine (power steering, brake fluid, radiator cap cover, windshield washer fluid cap, oil fluid cap cover), and a chrome handle for the oil dipstick. I bought custom red Pony floor mats for both front and rear, added a TomTom GPS, custom door lock pins, and custom center console. That's about it for now. Chrome wheels are next on my list, it currently has alloy wheels."

(1 photo of a 2010 Kona Blue Mustang GT Coupe) Kona Blue 2010 Mustang GT owned by Richard Peoples from Orlando, Florida. This was our featured Attitude Of The Week starting August, 8, 2010. Richard tells us more, "Purchased December 23rd 2009. She was a Plain Jane when I bought her. But, I realized how much potential she really had. I replaced the factory rear fin with a new raised four post fin. Added a hood scoop along with side scoops and side window louvers. I installed the 10-inch dual stripes from front to back. Also installed the white rocker panel graphics. Whited out the front mustang emblem as well as the side scoop inserts. In my opinion, she looks a heck of a lot better than the 2010 SHELBY. Installed extreme hood prop hinge kit along with a strut tower brace. Replaced the original mufflers with SLP loud mouth muffler deletes. Sounds great! Installed Pypes catted X-pipe and it sounds even better! Installed a Granatelli 62mm throttle body along with a Roush cold air intake system. Man she's fast now!"

(1 photo of a 2010 Red Candy Mustang GT Convertible) Red Candy 2010 Mustang GT convertible owned by Luc from Canada. It has the 4.6L 315hp V8 engine and an automatic transmission. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting March 2, 2013. Luc tells us, "I bought my Mustang off the internet from a dealer in Toronto. I didn't sign before test drive and virtual fell in love right away - the sound of the V8 and the new look. I only drive it in the summer and its still like new. I can't wait for summer. I have added stripes to my Mustang in 2012. I could not find anything on the internet or any custom shops, so I designed my own. I have had many comments about them and I am glad to say that most people like it. Hope you guys like them too!"

(1 photo of a 2010 Torch Red Mustang GT Coupe) Torch Red 2010 Mustang GT coupe owned by Steve Schatten from Milford, New Jersey. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting August 24, 2014. Steve tells us, "Bought in September 2011 after attending a car show. Unusual Mods include; Killerglass radiation hose, carbon fiber hydrodipped interior panels, custom exhaust from Bocella's Performance, TCI ratchet shifter, and custom airbrushed pony [front emblem] painted by renown artist Jason Oberly. This Mustang was the inspiration for the birth of the Red Mustang Registry, which now has over 4500 members in 30 countries worldwide."

(1 photo of a 2011 Race Red Mustang Coupe) Check out this Race Red 2011 Mustang V6 coupe owned by Ray from Richmond, Indiana. It's our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting September 25, 2011. This one has the V6 Appearance Package which includes the Billet grille, hood scoop, stain black accents, and side scoops. Ray tells us, "This is the first car that I ever ordered the way I wanted it. It's great to drive and is a blast to watch all the heads turn as you drive down the street. Ford lied about the 31 MPG - I got 32.6 MPG last summer on a trip and that was with plenty of play time also. I ordered this car about a week after they went into production. I have had if for little over a year now and have never regretted the purchase."

(1 photo of a 2011 Sterling Gray Mustang GT Coupe) Sterling Gray 2011 Mustang GT coupe owned by Gregory Washington from Compton, California. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting December 30, 2012. It has a 5.0L V8 and an automatic transmission. Gregory tells us, "I traded in my 2006 V6 Mustang for this 2011 GT. My brother also brought a Mustang GT that same day. My Mustang is a base package and my brothers got the Brembo brake package with his. I really like the Brembo brake package wheels. I didn't really care for the base package wheels so I added a few mods. The first mod was the Eleanor grille and window louvers. I then added Charcoal AMR Wheels 19x8.5 in front and 19x9.5 in the back. I had this Mustang since April 2011 and I love it!! "

(1 photo of a 2011 Grabber Blue Mustang GT Coupe) Grabber Blue 2011 Mustang GT coupe owned by James Ryan from Alamogordo, New Mexico. It has a 5.0L V8 and a manual transmission. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting May 12, 2013. Ryan tells us, "I recently purchased this Mustang from a local dealership and was fortunate to have inherited several mods to it already. It came with a Roush cold air intake, front chin spoiler, Roush custom grille and Magnaflow axle back exhaust as well as several other options under the hood to dress it up."

(1 photo of a 2012 Candy Red Mustang Club Of America Coupe) Yves from Canada just picked up this Candy Red 2012 Mustang Club of America edition Mustang coupe! It's our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting April 8th, 2012. Yves tells us, "Purchased March 2012 after 3 weeks of long negotiations with 3 different dealers. Put on the road 27 March 2012 (waiting for the snow to disappear). The car is 2012 Mustang Coupe Premium V6 - 305 HP, MCA Group (Mustang Club of America) with upgraded interior. Already ordered about $1000 worth chrome interior accessories to compliment the already existing chrome. Next items to get soon are rear quarter louvers (either candy red or black), gas cap black, rear splash guards, Ford OEM and discreet hood stripes to contour small hood bulge."

(1 photo of a 2012 Race Red Mustang Club Of America Convertible) Race Red 2012 Mustang Club of America Edition Mustang convertible owned by Ken B from Michigan. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting June 10, 2012. Ken tells us, "I just purchased my 2012 Mustang Club of America (MCA) Edition V6 Premium Mustang five days ago and have been thoroughly excited about it the whole time. I have wanted a stick shift convertible for a long, long time and my better half graciously agreed (Thank You!). Being the beginning of the 2013 model year, availability of 2012 models are currently low, and I thought it was an interesting find. There was another customer that wanted the Yellow Blaze version of this car, but none were to be found, so he was going to paint it until he found out how much that would cost, then he backed out of the deal. That left me with what appears to be a low production volume car (2012 Race Red MCA edition convertible) of great value to me. I'm waiting for Ford to release actual 2012 production numbers just to satisfy my own curiosity. As a V6, it doesn't have the power of the V8, nor the price tag or slightly lower mileage, either. (I've been getting around 24+ mpg this week.) But I did want some further uniqueness to the car. I wanted the sound of the V8, but not what to me are downsides that go with it. (Let's just say I'm a little more mature and not going to be as rash in my driving as I was in my twenties, so the extra power could only lead to trouble!) Thus the additional options - the body color hood scoop, and Roush air intake, Roush square-tip exhaust, and Roush style bar with light."

(1 photo of a 2012 Kona Blue Boss 302 Mustang Coupe) This Kona Blue 2012 Boss 302 Mustang is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting April 21, 2013. The owner tells us, "The Boss 302 is indeed a very special edition car for Ford. The comeback Boss 302 was produced only in 2012 and 2013 model years - mirroring the 1969, and 1970 Boss 302s and their signature 'C and Hockey stick' stripes. Ford's focus for the current car was to provide a track-worthy car and they delivered with a road gripping, BMW M3 eater producing 444 hp and 380 ft-lb torque. Ford treated their enthusiasts for the Boss 302 with unique fanfare. The exhaust system includes side-pipes, which are factory hindered with a 'block-off' plate easily removable by the owners at home if they enjoy a louder exhaust note. Also, Ford took advantage of their MyKey technology and included a 'red key,' which, when coupled with Ford Racing's aftermarket tune (ironically $302). It unlocks the Boss 302R calibration, waking up throttle response, engine braking and a very cool lopey idle. Ford topped it off by sending original owners a package including Donald Farr's hardcover history of the Boss 302, an engraved and serialized keychain, the Ford Remakes A Legend DVD, a certificate of authenticity, a letter from the Marketing Manager and Mustang Chief Engineer, a poster, an invitation to a free track day at Miller Motorsports with race driving instruction, and some other brochures. Two options for the base Boss 302 were Recaro seats with Torsen differential and floor mats with car cover. I found this Boss 302 on eBay in May of 2012 - contacted the seller and flew from Michigan to Florida to see it in person before finalizing a deal. It turns out the original owner is a friend of Donald Farr, the Boss 302 guru, and asked Donald to sign the book which he then addressed to me and my family. I have 2 and 3 year old kids who don't have much room in the back, but they LOVE the Boss Mustang! Good thing it comes with child seat anchors. My mods include an MGW shifter and a Dynomax Race Bullet over-the-axle exhaust system, which was provided courtesy of DynoMax, but retains the stock side pipes."

(1 photo of a 2012 Lava Red Mustang Coupe) lava Red 2012 Mustang coupe owned by Robert M. Nix. It has the 3.7L 305hp V6 engine and an automatic transmission. Robert adds, "Ordered from the Ford Mustang website on 7 March 2011. Took delivery on June 11, 2011. Additional equipment ordered were the HID headlight and security system, 2012 model year premium pony package, 3.31 rear gears and comfort package. This may be the only 2012 Mustang in this particular configuration of exterior color, interior and above listed options, primarily due to the scarcity of the Lava Red metallic exterior paint. HID headlights were an option for 2012 Mustangs, not standard equipment."

(1 photo of a 2012 Performance White Mustang Convertible) Performance White 2012 Mustang convertible owned by Eric Higgins Lefebvre from Laval, Qc, Canada. It has the 3.7L V6 engine and an automatic transmission. Eric adds, "My wife got me this beautiful car for our 21st wedding anniversary last June 11 2015. It is not only a car but a lifestyle and plenty of time to be with her. So grateful that she did that for me and it brings us back in time. She is my angel in a white Mustang!"

(1 photo of a 2012 Kona Blue Mustang GT Convertible) Kona Blue 2012 Mustang GT convertible owned by Richard McGuire from Switzerland. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting March 19, 2018. Richard tells us, "I am an American from Savannah Georgia and have been in Switzerland for 26 years. I finally found a great Mustang and made the jump to get it. She is only driven in summer as our winters are pretty messy. My girl named Angie (after the Rolling Stones song) is low mileage with about only 15K miles. I have upgraded the Stereo to a 7 inch screen Kenwood with the latest Metra kit which gives me touch screen controls for all the climate controls etc. Otherwise she is stock and perfect just the way she is!"

(1 photo of a 2012 Performance White Mustang GT Pace Car Coupe) Check out this Performance White Mustang GT Kentucky Speedway Pace Car coupe. Only 3 coupes where made. This one has a manual transmission and the 5.0L V8 engine. The owner did some research. This is what he found, "There were 46 cars made by Ford, I believe sequential VIN numbers, with 43 being convertibles and 3 coupes (fastbacks). I own #3 of 46 which is a fastback that was purchased new from Paul Miller Ford Lexington Kentucky. The 43 convertibles were for parade laps only. The 3 fastbacks were actual pace cars with strobe lights and light bar. My car was, according to Officials at Kentucky Speedway, a 'dummy' pace car. It was completely set up as a pace car but never used to pace the race. It was the first fastback that they received and was used in the promotional pictures. I know #1 was a convertible that went to Barrett Jackson. I have #3 in Ohio and I know #4, which is a fastback, was in Indiana. Others I have traced are all over and all are convertibles. I have tried to verify sequential VIN numbers with no success. However I did trace a dozen cars and they all fall within a range of 46 sequential VIN numbers. Since the inaugural race was in July 2011 these Mustangs were early 2012 models."

(1 photo of a 2013 Race Red Boss 302 Mustang Coupe) Race Red 2013 Boss 302 Mustang owned by Steve from Colchester, Vermont. It has the 302ci 4V V8 engine that's rated at 444hp. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting June 24, 2012. Steve adds, "I recently purchased this new Race Red 2013 Boss 302 Mustang. It pulls hard in every gear and handles like a dream. The quad exhaust sounds fantastic and can increase side exhaust sound by replacing factory discs with larger diameter sizes. Steering feel can be adjusted using menu on LCD display and suspension firmness can be adjusted from 1 to 5 at all four corners. A blast to drive."

(1 photo of a 2013 Black Boss Laguna Seca 302 Mustang Coupe) Black 2013 Mustang Boss 302 Leguna Seca owned by Paul Jarosz from Lake Jackson, Texas. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting February 24, 2013. It has the 5.0L V8 and and a manual transmission. Paul adds, "I've wanted a Boss Mustang since I was a kid, and the 2013 Boss 302 Laguna Seca is such an amazing car, I couldn't resist. The Ford engineers really created an outstanding road & track automobile that can compete with the Europeans which have much higher price tags. It's pictured next to my other 'Boss Mustang' - my convertible '07 Saleen Heritage H-281."

(1 photo of a 2013 Race Red Mustang GT Coupe) Race Red 2013 Mustang GT coupe owned by Robert Nix from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting July 14, 2013. Options include the GT Premium package, 6-speed auto select shift, equipment group 401A, RR sensing sys/security package, comfort package, and 19-inch machined alum wheels. Robert tells us more, "I purchased it from a small town dealership in Southeast Wisconsin which rarely, if ever, gets a factory allocation for a new Mustang. This one was a personal order through this dealership in the summer of 2012 but the customer could not take delivery of the Mustang because of a severe injury to his back. As a result, the dealership held this Mustang in it's garage throughout the winter of 2012/2013 and only put it up for sale around Memorial Day of 2013. So, it was effectively hidden from the world for about 7 months until I discovered it on the lot while taking a ride through the countryside on a Sunday in late June, 2013. It was a great stroke of luck." Robert's first mustang was a Candy Apple Red 1968 hardtop.
