Aztec Gold 1997 Mustang GT convertible owned by Tim Lee from Shorewood, Illinois. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting July 10, 2016. It has the 4.6L V8 engine and a manual transmission. Tim adds, "I bought it in the fall of 2015 in an indoor showroom with 31,000 miles. It has never seen rain or snow. I was the first person to look at it and bought on the spot. I am the 3rd owner."

Ian Blackford of New Zealand sends us this set of photos of his 1997 Deep Violet Thistle Mustang GT. Ian says, I imported my car fro Japan 3 years ago.It was a Japan export model and was built in Dearborn. Only traveled 41000 km when I got it. Totally original condition, no rust and sporting original Mustang diamond cut alloy wheels.

Autumn Orange 1997 Mustang GT coupe with a black cloth interior and chrome wheels. This color is very close to the late model Saleen special order orange called Beryllium. Compare to this . Autumn Orange was only available on the Mustang in 1997 and 1998.
A beautiful Deep Violet 1997 Mustang GT coupe with the 4.6 liter V8 engine. With 2,462 Deep Violet Mustangs ordered, this is not the rarest 1997 color. That honor goes to Autumn Orange with 1,519 Mustangs, and Aztec Gold with 1,135 Mustangs.
