The doors are open, let's get in! The SVO had a different front end than the 1985 Mustang GT. It had a grille-less fascia, integrated fog lamps, single large deeply recessed headlamps, and large wraparound lenses.

The 1985 SVO interiors were all charcoal. For a $1417 credit the air conditioning, power locks, power windows, and AM/FM/cassette system could be deleted.

The 1985 Mustang T-code 175hp (at 4400rpm), 2.3 liter (140 cubic inch), turbocharged, inline 4 cylinder, SVO engine. The later year 1985 engine improved the horse power to 205 with a higher performance cam, higher flow exhaust system, reconfigured turbo charger, and larger injectors.
