It has a 4.6L V8 engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. Peter tells us more, "I bought this Mach 1 about a year ago from a guy in South Carolina. It has real Saleen wheels and a Cobra bumper. The exhaust system is the stainless steele 'Borla' with 4-inch chrome tips, and it sounds dynomite! "

The tires are 17" x 8" BFG G-Force 245/45R17 in the front and 17" x 10.5" BFG 275/45R17 in the rear. Handling modifications include: D&D performance T-56 transmission, 6-speed pro 50 shifter, 26T input shaft 30T viper output shaft, vented rotors, 96 lb injectors with driver Kenne bell boost, a spark AJE 2'' drop spindle, K-member A-arms and coil over struts, flaming river rack and pinion, Aeromotive eliminator pump with bypass return regulator and fuel rails, Aeromotive fuel pump controller, Auto meter gauges fuel/water/oil/boost and AEM air-fuel-ratio (afr) gauge, sump stock fuel tank, and 2" box sub frame connectors.

Rich says, Purchased used February 2019. Updated the suspension, Long tube headers with hi-flow cats and Flowmaster mufflers. Added the stripes and changed out the intake and plenum to a larger one.

(4 photos of a 2004 Sonic Blue Mustang GT Coupe) Sonic Blue 2004 Mustang GT owned by Brian Manders from Grand Prairie, Texas. Brian tells us, "I bought this 2004 Mustang GT in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky in 2006 when I got back from my first tour in Iraq. It was two years old and had 15k miles on it. It came with K&N air intake, short throw shifter, and Steeda tips. I put in a BBK 75mm throttle body, BBK shorty headers, Bassani O/R X-pipes, Diablo sport tuner, and Eibach pro kit springs. In the front I put Bullitt rims 17x9 black finish. In the rear is Bullitt black finish 17x10.5 sitting on Nitto 555 extreme ZRs. The headlights are dark smoked. I have been in a few car shows - two first place awards and two top-10 class awards."
(10 photos of a 2004 Mystichrome Blue Mustang SVT Cobra Coupe) 2004 Mysti-Chrome Cobra coupe with 17x10.5 inch AFS chrome wheels. Mysti-chrome is a paint with special color shift ChromaFlair pigments. ChromaFlair light interference pigments came from Flex Products, Inc. in Santa Rosa, California. The paint shifts from a bright topaz that transitions to cobalt blue, then to royal purple, and finally into a deep onyx black as the viewing angle changes. The Mysti-Chrome package was over $4000 over a base Cobra. It included chrome wheels, the Mysti-Chrome paint, and Mysti-Chrome leather on the seats and steering wheel. The 1996 Mystic color was a different version of the paint. It transitioned through more of the color spectrum.
