Rob shares, "This vehicle was ordered by my wife's grandmother specifically to match the school color where they lived. It has the original dealer installed factory AC. It has recently been restored to original condition and won best of show in its first show this month. I have yet to find another 65 with this color combination and was told it is rare, but since Marty reports don's go back to 65 I do not know how many were made."

This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting January 2nd, 2017. Richard shares, "We are second owners. It is Arizona car and we bought it in 1973 (HS car). I restored it in 1988/89 and painted it to original color code K-Silver Smoke Grey Metallic paint and interior is restored to original white as well. It is a 6 Cylinder numbers matching car and the only big change is I installed a Tremec 5 Speed Trans back in 2008. We now live in Colorado where it shares a garage with a 1966 (code Q7) Brittany Blue Mustang GT Coupe we have owned 20+ years."

Bennie says that the car was bought new in 1965 in Los Angeles, California by her Dad and was given to Bennie for high school graduation.

It has a 289 V8 with a Holly 4 barrel that runs very well. We added a 3-inch cowl hood and one of kind custom rear spoiler, both of which are painted blue for a nice two tone paint. The trunk is also finished with the same carpet as the interior. It has front disc brakes with Borgeson power steering and an all new suspension. The car runs and drives great - no disappointments any where. It is highly detailed and well taken care of."

This is a newspaper advertisement we found for a limited edition 1966 Mustang painted in Thunderbird Silver Mink. This ad was placed by Biggio Ford of Steuenville, Ohio, in the April 11th, 1966 edition of the Weirton Daily Times of Weirton, West Virginia. It says the Mustang also comes with a black vinyl top. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting January 15, 2012. Louis adds, "I bought it 6 years ago. The car was driven in St. Moritz until July 4 1979 then it was standing still in a garage until November 2005. Original 67000km when I got it. I think it was repainted once but I don't know when." This Mustang has it's original 289 4v engine and an automatic transmission.
(4 photos of a 1967 Silver Mustang Super Valu Silver Anniversary Hardtop Advertisement) This is a series of advertisements we found for a Super Valu Silver Anniversary Mustang sweepstakes which featured 7 silver 1967 Mustangs; and 100, 16 inch scale, electric, model Mustangs. Judging from the advertisement and the 1967 Mustang colors, we believe all 7 Mustangs were silver frost and were hardtops. At the time, Super Valu was mainly in the upper Midwest. This ad was placed by Hood's Super Valu in the January 17th, 1967 edition of the Algona Upper Des Moines newspaper of Algona, Iowa. Who won these Mustang? Salima tells us, "I owned this car since 2011. The car is a special colored car with a 6 digit D.S.O. According to the Marti Report it is one of two cars with these special package. They were identical twins which were bought by the same car dealer in Texas. The DSO for this car is 62-4073. The Dealer was; Jack Roach Ford, 3200 Bissonet, Houston Texas 77005. Salima found, "The 2nd owner told me he got the car in great shape back then with the original silver color and only had to repair the a/c, the convertible top, and do an inspection."

The 1967 Shelby Mustang came in 10 colors, 9 of them where standard 1967 Mustang colors, but this was the one that was not. This is 1967 Thunderbird Charcoal Gray (paint code M1900) exterior paint which was also used on the 1967 Lincoln.

Gone in 60 seconds remake staring Nicolas Cage. The car was designed by Steve Stanford (Hot Rod illustrator) and Chip Foose. It was built by Cinema Vehicle Services (CVS). CVS built a total of 13 Eleanors. The 12 used in the movie shoots were built from regular (non Shelby) 1967 Mustang fastbacks. The 13th Eleanor was built for the movie producer from a real GT500.

Sometimes called a Shelby GT 500E, the Eleanor is inspired from the Nicolas Cage, 2000 movie Gone in 60 seconds, where a 1967 Shelby GT-500 was modified with a body kit, a billet grille, side exhaust, and custom wheels from PS Engineering, in gray with black Shelby stripes.

Attitude Of The Week for May 10th, 2009. Emmanuel says that this car was sold new to a US Marine who had to return it to the dealer after having troubles with the payment. It was then sold to a Swiss man in 1970, who was living in the states. Emmanuel says he bought it and brought it to Switzerland then sold it in Geneva after owning it for a year in 2008.
It is a very complete car, matching numbers with the original body buck tag in the engine compartment. Pastel Gray is so light that it is almost white; and this car looks great with its red Mach1 side stripe and black hood, front air dam, rear window louvers or sport slats, and rear spoiler.
