Here is the original window sticker for this 1998 Spring Edition. The unique options are the black accent stripe and 17-inch wheels. The wheels just show up as the 17-inch tires. Standard equipment (off to the left in the Exterior group) is the 16-inch wheels. Since the 17-inch tires don't fit on the stock wheels, the correct ones must be assumed.
