This is the 'Monroe Handler' nameplate on the passenger side of the dash.

Check out this silver 1978 Mustang II Cobra II - it has a lot of custom work. The stock bumpers have been shaved. That is an
early Mustang model bumper. The rear has one too. It has a custom hood scoop and lower front valance. The car has been lowered 3-inches. Those are 16-inch Centerline Scorpion wheels.
