Convertible

In 1999, Steve Saleen kept transforming Mustangs into special Saleen models. He set up engine test cells in his conversion facility to develop more powerful engines. He offered three models, each available as a coupe or a convertible. The basic S-281 model had an optional supercharger for extra performance. He also made some racing Saleens. This was the final year for the S-351 model, which had a big engine.
