Predator
1983 was the first of 4 years for the Predator designed by Tom Soloman who helped with the original Shelby and Cobra Mustangs. They featured a Cobra air cleaner, Monte Carlo bar, roll cage, wood shifter knob, Shelby 8 spoke wheels with spinners, SVO suspension, hood scoop, hood pins, and G.T.350, G.T.302, or G.T.302H graphics. 8 cars were modified in 1983 with more over the next 3 years.
