Check out this top. A Mercedes-style fiberglass boot cover is used. The mechanism works like a Mercedes 220. The top is only 4.5 inches tall when folded. Now... You cannot just cut the top off a Mustang coupe and expect it not to fold in half. Interneccanica used steel square tubing to reinforce the frame.
