- This car, nicknamed 'The Silver Bullet', used to belong to a friend of mine. He bought it from the original owner in 1990. It's every bit as nice as it looks in the pictures. It received countless awards over the years and won top honors more often than not. He almost always beat out my '66 coupe at shows. I didn't think he and his wife would ever sell it, but after 19 years, he finally decided he was getting too old to keep up with the cleaning and detailing. They sold it in '09 and replaced it with a red 2010 GT coupe. It's a nice car, but it just isn't the same. The guy that owns the car now barely drives it. I've only seen it once since it changed hands. It's really a shame that he doesn't get it out and drive it more.
