- Hi, Vista Blue 429R owner. I also own an identical car - also an Indiana, Skillman Ford point of origin vehicle. I checked the registration site and registered my car by checking it's authentic VIN number and Roush door production number. There were four of this model manufactured by Roush in our Vista blue metallic paint and trim. Out of 100 documented 429Rs it should hold some value in a few years. This is the best Mustang I have ever owned. I have 4000 miles on it and am planning on buying a 540RH as only 60 will be built. The last 15 or 20 will be special built and mostly ordered from Roush as the 2011 Roush cars are going into build status. I had the pleasure of riding in a Hammer Roush as tested in 5.0 Mustang magazine. It is also a great engineering feat by Roush builders. The 429R has a HP upgrade kit to take it safely to 500 HP. There is also a Kenne Bell option from Dyno Speed racing in Memphis TN to take the HP to 475 RWHP, safely dyne tuned. This puts the car up there with the Shelby GT500 and other tuner cars.
