- My father had a green Mustang in the late 60's. I have not been able to find one like it. In the back seat there was a hatch. This hatch had a little handle which when you turned it and lifted up you had access to the trunk. We would hide our Bulldog in the trunk when we went to the drive in. Once through the gate, we'd lift the little hatch door and let her out. Does this exist or did I imagine it?
