(from page 23 of the 1965 Collection) This is a great view of Troy's 1965 Caspian Blue Mustang fastback with many factory options. Troy says, "I purchased the car September 2017. It is a pre-GT with a build date of March 17th, 1965, just days before the launch of the GT with a full load of options including the Luxury Pony interior, rally pac and console. Several original factory paint markings are still visible. All original metal, 95% original interior including seats. (carpet and lower kicks changed)"

(from page 18 of the 1966 Collection) Sapphire Blue 1966 Shelby GT350 fastback owned by John Drysdale from New York. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting May 27, 2012. It has the original 289ci V8 and a manual transmission. John adds, "I just came to own it, but have known the car and family since 1972. It's a survivor car that's completely original and unrestored. It has always had TLC and never abused! It has 53000 'actual' Miles! With original docs. All the ones I see for sale have 30000-50000 miles! Seriously!! No way!! You better have a pile of paper work, oil changes and inspections to go with it."

(from page 19 of the 1966 Collection) Sapphire blue was only offered on the Shelby in 1966. This one has a black interior. There is a factory roll bar in there.

(from page 19 of the 1966 Collection) Limited to 333 cars and only sold in the Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska areas, the 1966 Mustang High Country Special offered some of the first GT options before the GT options package was officially offered. The blue High Country Special badge just behind the front wheels, indicates that this is one of those 333 cars.
