The Performance Package includes: unique 19 inch wheels and summer-only tires; larger brake rotors and radiator; upgraded front springs, rear axle and rear sway bar; unique chassis, EPAS, ABS and stability control tuning; spoiler delete; gauge pack; and engine-turn aluminum instrument panel trim for both the GT and EcoBoost. The GT also receives the K-brace and strut-tower brace and Brembo 6-piston front brake calipers. The EcoBoost gets 4-piston brake calipers.

The word "bonnet" is what the hood is called in Europe. The Mustang Blue Edition is not offered on the convertible. It comes in either the V8 or 4-cylinder EcoBoost with either the manual or automatic transmission. Other standard features of the Mustang Blue Edition include; heated and cooled seats, Ford's SYNC 3 communications and entertainment system with navigation, and a premium audio system.
