The interior is a bright red. Everything is red - dash, steering wheel, door panels, seats, console, and carpet. This one has an air conditioning unit. See the four vent system under the center of the dash?

The interior is blue. It has a Rally Pac instrument cluster option attached to the top of the steering column. Interesting that this car has the heater delete plate. It has the seat belt delete option. Not sure if this was for the front or back seats (or both). But in 1968, all US auto manufacturers were required to install lap and shoulder belts in front seats and lap belts in the rear seats. The seat belt delete option disappeared. It wasn't until 1984 all states required the use of seat belts! That cup holder thingy on the center console is aftermarket.

The inside sports a nice full center column, automatic transmission shifter, AM radio and Palomino vinyl with palomino trim (trim code 89). The door data tag on this car reads

It has an automatic transmission. Look at all those knobs under the dash. The first is probably the 4 way flashers. The second is the parking brake release. I don't know what the third one is. Maybe a manual choke?

Here is a close-up of a floor mounted manual transmission shifter. It is a little pitted. Anyone care to comment what the second position from the bottom is - with the circle?
