Check out this stock looking 1978 Monroe Handler Mustang! This is an original one built using special body panels (which you could later order yourself) to promote the Monroe's Handler series street performance shock. This is one of the original 6 produced to be given away in contests back in 1978. The car only has 803 miles on the clock! The engine compartment has been modified. I want that storage building it's parked in!

Medium Blue Glow 1979 Mustang Cobra hatchback with lower black paint, hood scoop, wild cobra hood graphics, body side cobra decals, pin striping, after market 1995 Mustang 5-spoke chrome wheels, and and modified engine. This car has bee repainted its original factory color and the decals appear correct and are placed in the correct locations.

The 1979 Mustang Cobra options package was originally $1179 and included the 2.3 liter, turbo-charged, four cylinder; hood scoop; forged metric aluminum wheels with three main wide slotted spokes(replaced with 1993+ wheels on this car); blacked out window trim, body side and bumper trim, and lower body; sport mirrors, color keyed rear quarter window louver panels; tachometer and instrument cluster panel; and sport tuned exhaust with bright tailpipe tips. The hood graphics was an additional $78.

White 1979 Mustang Ghia notchback owned by Will from Rossville, Georgia. It was light blue in color. It has the original 5.0L 302ci V8 engine and an automatic transmission. This car has no mods except wheels and paint. It is a 3rd owner. It runs great ant the interior is in great shape. It has no rust or dents - never wrecked. The glass and interior is in great shape.

Dark Jade 1979 Mustang Ghia fastback owned by Lajos Recskó from Budapest, Hungary. Nice looking car. It is in very good shape. It has the 2.8L (171ci) 6-cylinder engine and an automatic transmission. Lajos has owned this car about a week so far. He found it in Switzerland. It had been stored in a garage for the last 7-8 years. Lajos also owns a Black Jade 1969 Mustang fastback.

He said it was his fathers and sat out side neglected for many years until he got a hold of it. Some of the features includes a 302 with Holley Sniper headers, Edelbrock 289 dual plan intake, 3 row radiator, Flowtech long gears, 17 inch Saleen replica wheels, Raceland coilovers, Raceland caster camber plates, Gripp subframe connectors, tubular rear control arms, urethane valance, Xennon front air dam, kicker 3 inch - 6x9 inch 10 speakers, Audioplanet 1500W mono block, reskinned seats, and Mercury cyclone hood scoop. Repainted Medium Vaquero Glow 1979 Mustang Ghia hatchback with aftermarket wheels/rear spoiler and a 5.0L V8 engine. Unfortunately the body side molding, front grille and headlight molding have been painted over. They were probably all originally black, still a very nice car, and wait till you see the interior.

I spotted this Pewter 1979 Mustang Indianapolis 500 Pace Car at the 2010 Mustang and Ford car show at Uftring Ford in East Peoria, Illinois. This is the first time I've seen one of these in person. The graphics on this car are pretty neat in person.
