(from page 3 of the 2005 Collection) This is a black 2005 Saleen Mustang S281 coupe (#489). Steve Saleen has been modifying Mustangs for the street and track since 1984. Saleen Inc. makes four different versions for 2005; the S281 - a 3 valve 335hp like this one; the S281 SC - a 465hp supercharged version; S281 Extreme - a 550hp version with a special Saleen-built V8 engine; and the S281 Scenic Roof - any of the above versions with a glass full-roof panel. Okay, I guess that is six versions.
