(from page 8 of the 1976 Collection) Bright Yellow 1976 Mustang hatchback with T-tops, wire wheels, bumper guards, and fog lamps. All T-tops came with a black band just behind the openings in the roof which extended down between the side window and rear quarter window.

The T-Top was only available on the hatchback model. The ad appeals to those who missed the convertible body style. It says, "A flame went out when old-style convertibles died. But now I'm all lit up again."

The exterior of this car had not been heavily restored, its pretty much all original.

It was our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting 1-24-10. It has a 306ci engine, a 5-speed manual transmission, and a 4.30 rear end. It dynos at 307 RWHP @ 6,400 rpm and 278 RWT @ 4,400 rpm. It's best track time is 12.42 seconds at 109 mph. It's best track speed is 12.50seconds at 111 mph. This Cobra has been in the August 2005 edition of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Magazine, the April 2007 edition of Modified Mustangs Magazine and the featured on the Foureyedpride.com's Calendar in 2007 and 2010.

The 1979 Cobra Mustang options package was originally $1179 and included the 2.3 liter, turbo-charged, four cylinder; hood scoop; forged metric aluminum wheels with three main wide slotted spokes(replaced with other wheels on this car); blacked out window trim, body side and bumper trim, and lower body; sport mirrors, color keyed rear quarter window louver panels; tachometer and instrument cluster panel; and sport tuned exhaust with bright tailpipe tips. The hood graphics was an additional $78.
