The Easy Fuel no cap fuel filler eliminates the need for a fuel filler cap and allows the driver to simply insert the fuel nozzle. When fueling is completed, removing the nozzle causes the spring-loaded fuel filler to close and latch, preventing fuel vapors from escaping in to the atmosphere. The hole is still sized to only allow one size nozzle, but also requires it to be a specific size to prevent some forms of siphoning. There is a special fuel funnel in the truck which allow you to manually fill or siphon the tank. The tank filler door has an extra sealing mechanism to prevent water, snow, or dirt from getting into the tank when the door is closed.
