Black 1989 Saleen Mustang hatchback with gray rocker stripes and a gray interior. This is a factory Saleen, ID number 78. This one has the stock Mustang 225hp 5.0L V8 engine. The 1989 Saleen came in four base colors; black, Scarlet Red, Dark Shadow Blue, and Oxford White. Other 1989 Mustang colors were available, but at extra cost.

This is a 5.0L V8 engine. The owner has modified it with a high performance competition upper intake. Factory Saleens have an ID tag under the hood. You can see it on the firewall off to the left.

Here is a shot you don't see very often. The owner has taken four pictures of the undercarriage when it was on a hoist. I've seemed them together so that you can see what this car would look like if you turned it over. The factory original catalytic converters, H-pipe, and mufflers have been replaced.
