This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting December 29, 2013. Shaun shares, "Shelby #258 was built at Ford's San Jose California plant on December 9, 1966. It was sold by JD Ball Ford in Miami on January 18, 1967. The car remained in Miami until 1986. I have owned it since 1997. The Shelby was an original painted Lime Gold Metallic and equipped with a 428 Police Interceptor. The car was painted red and the 427 installed in 1985. The car originally came with; heater and defroster, Cobra OHV 428ci V8, 4-speed manual shift, tachometer, trip odometer, extra cooling package, competition handling package, integral roll bar, oil pressure gauge, ammeter, deluxe interior, Deluxe steering wheel, remote control side mirror, power steering, power disc brakes, shoulder harness, fold-down rear seat and Deluxe wheels (15x7 Kelsey-Hayes Mag Star wheels), radio delete, no Le Mans stripes, inboard headlights, and functional lower rear brake scoops.

(from page 27 of the 1967 Collection) Candy Apple Red 1967 Mustang Shelby GT-350 fastback with white side stripes a black interior and a factory installed supercharger under the hood! This Shelby has it's 7-inch driving lights mounted close together in the front grille. Others have them mounted farther apart in end ends of the grille. It depended on the state's laws which were installed.
