Out in the sun the Avalanche gray exterior paint comes out very white. Its nicely accented with blue top stripes. This view shows off the aluminum hood with center vent and the injection-molded carbon-fiber composite grille opening. I like of the simple grille with offset cobra snake badge. In the GT350R, this badge is red.

The optional Technology Package includes the Electronics Package which includes the Electronics Package (7-speaker audio system, SYNC 3, 8 inch color LCD touch screen with navigation, USB charging ports, dual-zone temperature control, universal garage door opener, turn signals in side mirrors, floor mats, aux gauges, and tire kit). The Technology Package adds MagneRide Damping System, Integrated Driver Control System, Ebony leather-trimmed seats with Miko sueded cloth inserts, and 6-way power seats that are heated and cooled.

Power and handling is featured on this page of the 2016 Shelby GT350 sales brochure. Under the hood is a flat-plane crankshaft, aluminum block, 526hp, 5.2L ,V8. The transmission is a Tremec 3160 6-speed manual. Torsen limited-slip differential rear axle with a 3.73:1 ratio. The radiator is larger than the Mustang GT, and with the Track Pack there are radiators for the engine, transmission and rear axle.

More GT350 performance is listed on this page. The optional Track Pack includes MagneRide dampers front and rear for electronically controlled, semi-active suspension. Custom brakes include 15.5 inch front rotors that are 1.4 inches thick (14.9 inch rear, 1 inch thick). Electric power rack-and-pinion steering system. Wheels are all Ebony Black painted but the designs are different depending on the options group.
