(from page 33 of the 1969 Collection) Before the production of the 1969 Mustang Shelby, Carrol Shelby's company created three experimental prototypes. This is one of those three 1969 Shelby Proto-types. It has a 351 Cleveland engine which was used to develop fuel injection and a Cougar Eliminator dash. Other options include air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, tilt steering wheel, Ram Air engine, and an automatic transmission.

This GT350 has blue shelby stripes down each side and the black dual hood stripes. The dual black hood stripes are on all 1970 Shelbys. The paint code on this Shelby is 6 for Pastel Gray. Some people call it White.
