Cobra II is available on the 4-passenger 2+2's shown in Polar White (Code 9D), with brilliant Red, Blue or Green racing stripes, or in Black (Code1C), with Gold stripes. Its owner says, "I bought the car in November 2008. The car had been in storage for many years. I put in a new correct 302ci long block and did other repairs from the car being in storage for so many years and not taken care of. I also have the Black and green 1980 Mustang Cobra." (3 photos of a 1980 Black Mustang Cobra Optioned Hatchback) Check out this Black 1980 Cobra Mustang hatchback, it was our Attitude Of The Week for May, 17, 2009. Its owner says, I have owned the car since 1997. This 1980 Mustang Cobra represented the 1980 year in the 45 years of Mustang magazine. The 1980 Cobra package was patterned off the 1979 pace car model and came with dual sport mirrors, sport tuned exhaust with bright tailpipe extensions, forged metric aluminum wheels, special instrument cluster, 8000 rpm tachometer, and a 255ci, 4.2 liter, V8 engine. This car has optional rear quarter window louvers.

(3 photos of a 1995 Black Mustang SVT Cobra Coupe) Black 1995 SVT Cobra coupe owned by Alan Davis from Gloucestershire, Great Britain. This was our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting May 22, 2011. Alan adds, "Originally sold by Summit City Ford, Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was exported 18 months later by the owner to England. It subsequently had several more owners before I acquired it in March 2006. The car is factory original and I intend to keep it that way. I have had the paintwork detailed and the alloys refurbished. I am a member of the Mustang Owners Club UK and attend as many shows and meets as I can with the car."

The text reads, The SVT Cobra is distinguished from other Mustang models by elements including a unique hood, a front fascia with round driving lights and a rear fascia with "COBRA" across its width. Mystic Gold Clearcoat (shown below) will also be a Cobra exclusive. This special exterior color will have limited availability.

Gordon Cox owns this Zinc Yellow 2002 Cobra convertible. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting October 23, 2017. It has the 4.6L V8 engine and a manual transmission. Gordon tells us, "Owned six years, fitted lowered progressive rate springs and 10's and 9' rims. Believed to be one of only five Zinc Yellow 2002 Cobra convertibles in existence."
