Check out this "special order paint" Silver 1967 Mustang hardtop. It's owned by Louis de Rooij from Switzerland. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting January 15, 2012. Louis adds, "I bought it 6 years ago. The car was driven in St. Moritz until July 4 1979 then it was standing still in a garage until November 2005. Original 67000km when I got it. I think it was repainted once but I don't know when." This Mustang has it's original 289 4v engine and an automatic transmission.

Lime Gold 1967 Mustang hardtop owned by Ceasar Delgado from Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. This is a 1967 Mustang coupe Deluxe Edition. It is one of 22,228 built. It was built in the Metuchen, New Jersey Plant (Plant Code T) in October of 1966. It was coded to be sent to a Ford Dealership in Jacksonville, Florida (DSO Code 24). It was registered in Puerto Rico by 1972 as a '1967 Mustang GT'. In 2000-04 was registered as a 1967 'LTD'! The price when new was around $3,500.00 (the dealer invoice was not available). Ceasar is the 4th owner and has owned the car since 2005. The car came with the Deluxe Package and Interior/exterior Decor Group which
included: Exterior Visibility Group: Tail light Applique (ribbed panel), Rocker panel, taillight panel, and wheel well trim, black vinyl roof, Styled Steel wheels, deluxe mirrors, and hood signal lights. The interior has: dual tone seats Trim '6G' (light Ivy gold/medium Ivy Gold vinyl), the Interior Decor Group, brushed aluminum trim (dash and doors), floor and roof consoles, Door Courtesy Lights with Red and White Lens, 8-track stereo radio, factory air conditioning and more. The engine is a Code C, 289 CI, 200HP, 2BBC, with Autolite 2100 Original Carburetor (rebuilt in 1994 and 2011). The transmission is a Cruise-O-Matic C-4 Automatic (Code U). The engine has been converted to Electronic Ignition (still keep the original Points Ignition Assy). It has Hankook H725 Mileage Plus II 195/75R14 H725 tires, dual Exhaust, Dynomax Superturbo (13370) 14-inch mufflers with 2-inch pipes and curved chrome tips.

"She Car" means "Traveling Companion" says the board next to a 1967 Limelite Green She Country Special. Ann Goodro of Goodro Ford designed this promotion and the Limited Edition Mustangs in 1967. It's cool to see how they were advertised and displayed.
