With the 2005 Yankee Mustang, you got this Certificate Of Authenticity signed by Matthew Bradley, Regional Sales Manager for Ford Motor Company. It says that the car was released to the public on July 28th, 2005 at a special event at Yankee Stadium.

Here is the window sticker and special equipment invoice for the 2005 Yankees Mustang. The base Mustang convertible cost $29,490. The special Yankee decals brought the total to $38,580!

So what exactly did the Yankees edition cost? The Yankee Appearance Package cost $2495. The Custom Light Bar cost $1595 (roll bar with an extra rear brake light in it). And the Adjusted Market Value cost $5,000.

Windveil Blue 2005 Mustang coupe with a V6 under the hood. Windveil Blue is the lighter of two blues available on the Mustang for 2005. The other is Sonic Blue which is darker. This Mustang has the 16 inch painted aluminum wheels. Another 16-inch polished aluminum version was available which included center spinners.

Under the hood is a 4.0L SOHC V6 engine. This one puts out 200hp at 5400rpm. It has 235 ft-lbs of torque at 5000 rpm.

The interior color is Light Graphite. The seats have "Mustang" written on the back insert material. This Mustang does not have the Interior Upgrade Package. See how the inside door handles, shifter, vent louvers, steering wheel spokes, and main dash are black instead of aluminum? Compare with this GT with the Interior Upgrade Package.

The SDS special edition stands for San Diego Special. They start with a V6 and add the over-the-top dual stripes, a spoiler, and a chrome exhaust tip. Dani tells us more, "This 2005 Mustang SDS #122 was purchased July 25th in San Diego, California. It was a
16th Birthday Present to huge Ford Mustang and car fanatic, Danielle Devor.
All modifications were done by herself; Raxiom smoked 2010 style headlights (featured in only several pictures), Steeda throttle body spacer, BBK Blackout Cold Air Intake, and Flowmaster American Thunder axleback exhaust (not featured in pictures),"

This Black 2005 Mustang coupe is our first Mustang posted from Hawaii. I was there on vacation and looking for Mustangs to post when I found this one being lovingly washed by its owner. This was one of the first black Mustangs with the new bodyline on the island of Oahu. This car has the V6 engine and spinner wheels.
