This particular engine was only offered on the Mustang in 1964. The door data tag of this car reads: 76A convertible body style with standard seats, B Pagoda Green exterior paint, 86 black vinyl seats, 25F scheduled for assembly on the 25th of June 1964, 1 3.00:1 rear axle ratio, and 5 4 speed manual transmission. This car was originally ordered in the Ohio area. The steel styled wheels are not original to this car.

The original invoice shows that this car came in Pagoda Green and with the following options: power top, four speed transmission, accent group, 650x14 WSW tires, power steering, Fordaire conditioner, Rally Pa, AM radio, deluxe seat belts and tinted glass, electric window wipers and washer, padded visors, outside mirror, heavy duty battery, special handling package, and a 289ci 4V V8 engine.

This is a 1964 Mustang Indianapolis Pace Car. It's one of about 190 hardtop replicas built for sale to the public. They were all built the same: special Pace Car White paint, blue stripes, and white/blue interiors. All of the Pace Cars are sequentially numbered (VIN) between 111500-126000.
