Red 1973 Mach-1 Mustang fastback owned by Curtis Jacobs from Athens, Alabama. Curtis tells us more, "This is a barn find. I bought it in April 2013. This car has original 351C 2V air conditioning, fold down rear seat. It is in good overall condition needs some interior and paint work. It is perfect for a restoration. It has no rust."

This Bright Red 1973 Mustang Cobra Jet was the Attitude Of The Week for 10-14-2007. This car's appearance has been modified, originally it was green with a tan interior, now factory Bright Red with a black interior although it does have its original Cobra Jet 248 hp (at 5400 rpm), 351 cubic inch, 4 barrel V8 engine.

This is an magazine advertisement for the 1973 Mach-1 Mustang. Not sure what the tennis guy is suppose to mean. The car has a set of Forged Aluminum wheels with white wall tires. The ad starts off, "What makes Mustang different is the way it looks, handles, and makes you feel."

As the license plate says, this is a 1971 Mustang Mach-1 fastback. It was one of the few Mustangs with it's hood up in the rain at the All Ford show at Uftring Ford in East Peoria, Illinois. Besides the large Mach-1 stripes, this Mustang has custom pinstripes.

For a base level 1973 Mustang convertible, this is a great looking car. It has Magnum 500 wheels, color matched side mirrors, its original high back sport interior, and an F-code 302ci 2V V8 engine. I photographed this car at the 2010 Mustang car show in Port Angeles, Washington. That's a Medium Copper 73 Mustang sportsroof next door.

Cool photo I took of a Bright Red 1973 Mustang convertible with black side stripe, wide black striped hood, hood pins, white or parchment interior, and Magnum 500 wheels. This car is also our Attitude Of The Week for the week starting December 18th, 2011.

This Mustang advertisement shows the newly styled Mach-1 Mustang II in a desert in front of some rocky hills. It says, "The new Ford Mustang II." It's a two page ad. This is page 1.

(from page 2 of the 1974 Collection)
Page two of the Mustang II ad says, "It just may be the best news from Detroit in 9 1/2 years." It says that the Mach-1 is just as revolutionary as the first 1964 Mustang. Foremost, this mustang is smaller than last year. It's even a bit smaller than the 1964 Mustang!
