(from page 32 of the 1967 Collection) The is one of the actual Pepper Gray 1967 Shelby GT-500 Eleanor movie cars from the 2000 movie Gone in 60 seconds remake staring Nicolas Cage. The car was designed by Steve Stanford (Hot Rod illustrator) and Chip Foose. It was built by Cinema Vehicle Services (CVS). CVS built a total of 13 Eleanors. The 12 used in the movie shoots were built from regular (non Shelby) 1967 Mustang fastbacks. The 13th Eleanor was built for the movie producer from a real GT500.

(from page 33 of the 1967 Collection) Pepper Gray 1967 Shelby GT-500 Eleanor movie car, right front view. Believe it or not, the custom billet grille is based on an aftermarket component originally developed for the Chevy Astro van.

(from page 33 of the 1967 Collection) Those are Schmidt 17x8-inch wheels with P245/40ZR17 Goodyear Eagle F1 tires.

(from page 33 of the 1967 Collection) The side exit exhaust and rear side scoops are non-functional on the 12 cars used in the movie. Functional on the 13th car

(from page 33 of the 1967 Collection) Nice blacked out rear end of the Eleanor Shelby.

(from page 12 of the 2005 Collection) This is a 2005 Mustang GT 5.4L Eleanor coupe. It has SC500 on the rocker panel. This car has lots of modifications over a stock 2005 Mustang. New hood, rear, front, and side fascia. Scoops all over the place. I like the low mounted dual fog lights.

(from page 12 of the 2005 Collection) The 2005 Ford GT S/C 500 has 500 horsepower. Motor Trend tested this car in the quarter mile at 11.2 seconds at 131.2 mph. That's fast.

(from page 12 of the 2005 Collection) It has an Eleanor emblem on the trunk lid.
