Take a look at this vintage shot of John Farrace's 1969 Mustang fastback taken back in 1984 when the previous owner (shown) put it into storage. John says, "It pretty much looks the same today. I purchased the car from her grandson who received the car via her will." Here is the kicker... It was built at the San Jose plant under Los Angeles Ordering District under special order #0084 and the car has a special order paint WT6210. WT6120 is a bright yellow paint, in fact, it is the same paint that Caterpillar Inc. uses on it's earth moving equipment. John plans to send more photos when his restoration is complete.

This is a Bright Yellow 1969 Shelby Mustang GT-350 fastback with 1970 black hood stripes and chin spoiler. It is owned by Eddie from Canada. The only difference between the 1969 and 1970 Shelbys is the hood stripes, chin spoiler, and 1970 emissions package.

Bright Yellow 1969 Shelby GT350 Mustang fastback with a rebuilt 351ci V8 engine. This is an original Shelby special order color sometimes called Grabber Yellow. This car has been repainted but the trim and interior is original and the engine has been rebuilt. This color started as a special order color called Corporate Yellow in 1968, then became known as Bright Yellow or Grabber Yellow.

Here is a great shot of the 1966 to 1970 classic Mustang area of the 2010, Mustang car show in Port Angeles, Washington. Port Angeles is in the northern Olympic peninsula of Washington on the shores of the Juan De Fuca Strait which is just on the other side of the buildings in the background. The snow covered Olympic mountain range is behind. It was an overcast day, but even so about 80 cars showed up. The 1972 to 2003 models were up to the left on the top of the parking garage. The 2004+ models and Ford Cougars were across the street to the left. And the heavily modified cars were in another parking lot to the far right.

This Bright Yellow 1969 Mustang Shelby GT-350 fastback was at the 2011 Mustang Roundup held in Bellevue, Washington. It was near the end of the second day, so many of the other cars have already left. This GT-350 has the Shelby 5 spoke 15 inch wheels from 1969, vented hood with hood pins, side scoops, rear spoiler/wing, and blacked out front grille.
