(from page 38 of the 1965 Collection) Although technically serial number 003, this Shelby Ford Mustang GT350 was the first unit completed and was used in publicity photos for the upcoming line of customized vehicles. Serial numbers 001 and 002 were completed later and were race versions. In 1979, this car was restored as a race car and raced. It was later discovered that it was originally built as the first street GT350. It will be restored to its original condition. We photographed this amazing car at the 2010 Mustang Club of America Grand Nationals car show held in Bellevue, Washington; and was our Attitude Of The Week for the week starting February 27th, 2011.

This Shelby has a 250 hp, 302 cubic inch, V8 engine; and was the Attitude Of The Week for 9-30-2007. In preparation for 1968 production, Shelby moved its manufacturing site from Southern California to Michigan due to the need of high quality fiberglass which was being used for more of the Shelby components. This car has the 15 x 7 inch 10-spoke aluminum wheels option.

(from page 1 of the 1970 Collection) Wimbledon White 1970 Mach-1 Mustang fastback owned by Bill Hamilton from Charleston, South Carolina. This was our featured Attitude Of The Week photo for the week starting October 18, 2009. Bill tells us, "This is my third 1970 Mustang. My first new car was a 1970 Grabber Sportsroof Package Mustang in 1970. I owned that car for 22 years. I also owned a 1970 Mustang convertible for a few years in the mid-70s with the 428 SCJ package with Factory Drag Pack and 4:30 gears. My present 1970 Mach 1 has been with me since 2004. It has been retro-modded with a modern 5-speed and Mustang II rack and pinion steering. It has headers, Edelbrock intake manifold, and a 670 CFM Holley Street Avenger carb. It has a 1.125" front sway bar and 0.875" rear bar plus Bilstein gas shocks. It's been dynoed at 250 rwhp and has gotten 25+ mpg on the highway with the stock 3.00 rear gears."

(from page 6 of the 1977 Collection) This Polar White 1977 Mustang II Cobra II fastback is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting September 29, 2013. This Cobra has a 305ci V8 engine and an automatic transmission. The owner says, "I have always been a Ford girl, but this baby gets quite the looks. I am restoring the car this winter, as needs new paint job. As soon as I got her I purchased a Marti Report and came to find out that it is a 1-of-88 with this trim package for the Cobra II for 1977! - Polar white exterior paint, white with Red interior trim colour, and it had only an AM radio that still works. It was built 09/03/1976, so it's an early Motortown conversion Cobra II. I'm always looking for info regarding the Motortown conversion process before Ford took the Cobra II package in-house; it's a special part of Cobra II history!"

(from page 1 of the 1980 Collection) White 1980 Mustang Cobra fastback owned by Denis Lépine from . This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting March 16, 2014. It looked good from 20 feet. Options: power brakes, power steering, sun roof, and AM/FM CD (not original). In the future I will do a full restoration on this Cobra." Denis also owns a 1967 Mustang convertible that was our Attitude Of The Week back in April 2010.

(from page 3 of the 1989 Collection) Oxford White 1989 Mustang GT fastback owned by Josh Colby from Manchester, New Hampshire. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting June 30, 2013. Josh tells us more, "I obtained this beautiful Mustang last year around September. I have currently invested a good amount on preventative maintenance and other needed areas. If I had a choice and I really don't, I would not sell it. The previous owner 'said' that the motor and trans were rebuilt. How rebuilt, I do not know but she idl's flawlessly and doesn't have any issues shifting. The chassis has 184k miles on it and has a bit of rust under door areas and under the trunk and that is it. NO rust No rot! The motor was rebuilt about 15-25k miles ago. The car is not a show car but is very clean looking and has minimal daily driving looks. She is parked every winter and is maintained. The only reason I am selling or TRADING is for a 4X4 pick up, extended cab 5.0L+. So I can have a yearly driver that I can use. Sad to say the truck I was using has been.... taken away. So I am kind of in need something. The car starts daily in all weather types and even when she is parked and hasn't started for 3 days in 20 degree weather. It has been very reliable. If you have any questions please feel free to email at the email address listed. Remember, she is not a show car. I am either looking for a truck in decent to equal condition trade or a local cash sale. FUN STUFF: Mach 1 style vented hood, Typhoon intake manifold 'upper & lower', new detent cable for transmission, tranny flush, power steering flush, BBK CAI, BBK shorty headers, under drive pulleys, smog delete, aftermarket catless pipe to a custom side pipe exhaust, rebuilt transmission, rebuilt motor 'no receipt, PO says so, gaskets look new and it purs just fine', Cobra tail lights, Performance automatic street/strip shift kit, front caster/camber, upper strut plates, KYB Shocks, battery power master, 140W alternator with smaller pulley, chassis stiffening bars, rear pan hard bars, new ball joint, new 190 degree Thermostat, distributor cap, 8mm wires, PVC, new heater core, Yukon Dura grip posi with 31 spline axle set up, side mounted oil pressure gauge and water temp gauge with fuel gauge 'fuel not hooked up', and a bunch of little things all around. NEEDS: rear main seal if you don't want a small oil leak, windshield cracked $195, fuel gauge connected whining 8.8"
