(from page 6 of the 1989 Collection) This is an Oxford White 1989 Mustang Saleen SSC hatchback. Only 161 where built. They were all white with white and gray interiors. They had higher output engines than the regular Saleens produced in 1989. You can just make out the "Saleen SSC" decal on the door above the vinyl body side molding at the bottom of the gray diagonal stripe.

(from page 6 of the 1989 Collection) The SSC engine put out 292hp instead of 225ph in the stock Saleen. This was done with the help of a 65mm throttle body, new intake plenum, larger cylinder head ports, wider rocker arm ratios, HD cooling system stainless tubular headers, and Walker Dynomax mufflers.

(from page 6 of the 1989 Collection) The interior is mostly gray with white at the top of the seats. Check out the white and gray leather inserts on the doors. These match the diagonal Saleen stripes on the outside of the car.
