The engine for this Mustang was bored 0.30 over with forged pistons, sports a Comp Cams (0.560/0.560 lift 244/244 at 0.50), Edelbrock RPM intake manifold, new Holley 750 and factory fuel lines, Accell distributor, stand crank, and a balanced engine assembly. The exhaust has new Hooker headers, X pipe and a 2.5 inch flowmaster exhaust. Other modes are a new Centerforce clutch, and 3.89 posi rear with 28 spline axles.

Very look special order numbers are usually reserved for common special order groups for that year; therefore, 0005 was reserved for the Ski Country Special. It is possible that variants of the special got higher number codes.
