Ford promotional photo of a prototype, all electric, 2021 Mustang Mach E SUV with a range of 230 to 300 miles and 0 to 60mph in the mid 3 to 5 second range. The entry level trim package will start at $43,895 ($36,395 with federal EV credit) with specs of 255hp and 306 lb-ft RWD torque or 332 hp and 417 lb-ft AWD torque, while the GT version will start at $60,500 with specs of 459hp and 612 lb-ft with dual motors front and back.

A rear view shows the glass roof and black roof lines which creates the effect of a different body line similar to the sloping rear of the traditional fastback body style. Of course the 4 side doors is a definite departure. The rear taillights are all Mustang design as well as the modern rear pony emblem which matches the front. The electric charging door is up front, on the driver's side front side fender.

There is 29 cubic feet of storage space in the rear as well as 4.8 cubic feet in the front trunk area. The standard Mustang is 11.4 to 13.5 cubit feet.

Inside the dash is all electronic with a large 15.5 inch information/entertainment touch screen controls. The driver has 40.5 (with glass roof) headroom and 41.7 inch legroom. This is compared with the traditional Mustang with 37.6 inch headroom and 44.5 legroom for the driver.
