(from page 2 of the 1989 Collection) Nathan sends in photos of his Father's Cabernet Red 1989 Mustang GT fastback. It had the 5.0L 302ci V8 engine and an automatic transmission. Nathan had this story to share, "My Dad factory ordered his 1989 Mustang GT hatchback in the fall of 1988. It was the car I grew up in and I still want a mustang just like it. In 1996 my Brother was born and we traded it in for an Explorer. After going to a car show in 2004, we became very interested in finding out what happened to it. We did a VIN search, but we never managed to track down the last owner until 2010. He said a semi came over on it and it had been sold to the local junkyard. The yard owner didn't remember it and said he had crushed thousands of cars recently. We went there and found several wrecked Mustangs but couldn't find his."
