Originally a Super Cobra Jet engine this is a Ford 1967 428ci, V8 engine, which has been fully rebuilt and restored, mated to a 1967 close ratio four speed transmission and this car's original 3.50 Traction-Lok axle.

This is a 1970 Mustang Mach-1 Twister Special. This was a local promotional special model sold only in the Kansas City area. They were all Grabber Orange Mach-1 Mustangs. Only 96 units were produced. There is a tornado Twister graphic on the rear fenders.

Engine choices on the 1970 Twister Special were between the Super Cobra Jet Ram Air or the new 351ci Cleveland 4V V8. It's hard to tell which this one has, but it seems to have the Ram Air intake.
