The engine is original. It's a 200ci in-line 6-cylinder engine. It was rated at 120 horsepower. The car appears to have manual brakes and non-power assist steering.

Engine changes include a 347ci Ford Racing stroker motor with Z303 heads, 750 Holley vacuum sec carburetor, msd distributor, 6A box & wires, custom nickel headers, billet aluminum pulleys, electric fan, torqstop motor mounts, Canton 7 quart oil pan, dyno tested @ 450 bhp & 400 torque, 4 speed top loader, Mcleod scatter shield, cable actuated clutch, Centerforce disk and pressure plate, aluminum driveshaft, Currie 9' rearend with Eaton TruTrac posi and 3.25 gears. Suspension modifications include: Global West Negative Roll System with lower & upper arms, adjustable strut rods, Flaming River, manual rack and pinion steering with tilt wheel, StamBar swaybars (fully adjustable front & rear), Wilwood brakes, Wilwood proportioning valve, and all rotors cross drilled and slotted.

The engine is 351ci topped with a 4-barrel and Ram Air intake. It originally had an experimental fuel injection system, which was long since removed by Ford.

Tom has done a whole bunch of work under the hood - and not just to the engine either. It has a Ford Racing 351ci V8 engine. The firewall, inner fender liners, and core support are all filled and smoothed. Everything is painted body gray.
