Tommy explains, "Linda wanted this car in 1988. Because we had just combined four children we could not afford it. In 2005 I started looking for this particular optioned car. After five years looking nation wide I FOUND ONE 15 miles from home. The car needed very little restoration and was given to Linda for Christmas 2010. Restoration was completed in 2011."

It has a 302ci V8 and a manual transmission. Mark had this to share, "This is the only Regatta Medium Blue Metallic Blue Saleen Mustang convertible made. The number is 706 and is in the Saleen Registry. We special ordered the Mustang in June 88 through Damerow Ford in Beaverton Oregon and I picked her up at Saleen Autosports in Anaheim Hills that September 88. We were told it was the last car off the Saleen line at the time and were pretty upset when we found out otherwise, but that is another story."

It has a 5.0L V8 and an automatic transmission. Johnny tells us, "I was lucky to see this car for the first time in a friend of mine's garage after work one day. He told me he'd never sell it. Well, he lost his job shortly after and allowed me to buy it. It;s a 1990 LX 5.0 25th Anniversary convertible. The car never seen a drop of weather till this year. My friend got it from an old lady who only drove it on nice days and kept it garaged. He got the car and put it in his garage under a cover. He had it for 5 years and only put 35-50 miles on it the whole time he owned it. It now has 107,000 original well-taken-care-of miles on the OD. The top had only been down twice till I got it. Now its been down 4-5 times. Everything on the car is original and complete. This 2 owner (well I make 3 owner) car still looks like she did the day she was built. I'll only be changing cosmetic items on the car to keep her a 100% clean and original. I currently have a new set of headers and a new set of rims to put on it. Probably only putting on an exhaust and a Bama tuner chip in. Other than that, she's stayin the way she is. If i want to add mods to a Mustang, I'll buy another one. This will be my collector piece. Proud to own this car"

This was our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting March 14th, 2010. Cindy tells us, "This is my 14th Mustang, 2nd SVT Cobra. I bought this beauty one month ago from the original owner 'female' with 67,000 miles on it. This SVT Cobra has been garaged kept it's whole life. The only way to explain how perfect and clean this Cobra is, is to imagine that it is the year 1998 and you are walking into a Ford dealership and this Cobra is being displayed on the showroom floor. This Cobra drives like a brand new car, no rattles, squeaks, dings, or dents. It's a pure gem and the greatest find. I love Mustangs. I truly can say this is my favorite one out of the 14 I've owned."

This was our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting February 6, 2011. Mike tells us more, "In 2005 I needed to buy a car since I had lost my company car. I found this 1998 SVT Cobra sitting in a family's garage. They never drove since they started their family. It only had 1200 miles on it at the time. I drove it and I was hooked on Mustangs once more! I bought the car the next day and as they say, the rest is history. I have added an X pipe w/ Magnaflows, .373 gears, JLT CAI, sub-frame connectors, SCT Tune, Chrome sill plates, 2004 Chrome Cobra 17" wheels wrapped in Nitto rubber, 21/2" pulleys. This is vehicle #3409 of a build of 5174 Cobras in 1998. There was only 563 Cobra coupes built in 1998 with the Bright Atlantic Blue paint. That was the lowest production number of all colors for 1998 Cobras. It now has 52785 ,miles on it."

Michael tells us, "I bought this car in 2005. I had a job that I had to drive to a lot and I was putting a lot of miles on the car in 2009. I quit the job because of that! I was going to trade this baby in for a 2004 with Mystichrome Cobra... The car was gone before I could get to the dealer! I do not drive this car in bad weather, cold, rain, snow! Its garaged from October till April at least. It now has 59,851 miles on the clock. This last summer I replaced the shocks, put on lowering springs, added Steeda caster camber plates, new Ram Clutch, cable, firewall quadrant adjuster, complete rebuild of the T-45 transmission, new throttle body, brakes, JLT true CAI intake, and tuned by 'FINISH LINE' automotive of Denver. They Dyno'd it - started at 268 RWHP and after tweaking it, now is at 322 RWHP."

It has the 4.6L V8 engine and an automatic transmission. Gregory tells us, "I bought it one year ago from a 2nd owner. I have discovered that the color, Bright Atlantic Blue, is pretty rare on the Mustang GT convertibles. In fact have have not seen another one yet."

3.8 of 5 mustang attitude3.8 of 5 mustang attitude3.8 of 5 mustang attitude3.8 of 5 mustang attitude3.8 of 5 mustang attitude (from page 2 of the 2002 Collection) True Blue 2002 Mustang coupe owned by Steve Tapper from Reisterstown, Maryland. It has a 3.8 liter V6 engine and an automatic transmission. Steve tells us more, "I purchased this car in May 2008 from a used car dealer in Baltimore. The car had 75,000 miles on it. It had some minor body work issues but it was mechanically sound and a good candidate to use as both a daily driver and a car show entry. Over the past two years I have been upgrading this car both mechanically and cosmetically. On the mechanical side the radiator, transmission, power brake, and power steering systems have been flushed and treated with BG products. The brakes have been totally rebuilt with new rotors, calipers, and ceramic brake pads. New ball joints and tie rods have firmed up the front suspension and new Gabriel HD Shocks are on the back. The original faded headlights have been replaced with new triple beam halogen lights and an American Muscle cold air intake system has been added. A new Dyna Max cat back dual exhaust system gives this car a nice mellow growl. New American Muscle 5 spoke 16-inch Cobra R wheels now replace the mismatched wheels that came with the car. The windows have been tinted and the car has just come back from the body shop where the body work was repaired and a brand new factory OEM paint job has brought back the original True Blue color. I have purchased new silver side stripes from American Muscle and a new white faced gauge package which will be installed shortly. The car now gets admiring looks from everyone and appears at many local car shows. This will be my second year as an attendee at the Ford Nationals at Carlisle, PA where I will be part of the contingent representing the Mustang Club of Maryland, where I serve as the Club's Historian."

Brian tells us, "I bought this 2004 Mustang GT in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky in 2006 when I got back from my first tour in Iraq. It was two years old and had 15k miles on it. It came with K&N air intake, short throw shifter, and Steeda tips. I put in a BBK 75mm throttle body, BBK shorty headers, Bassani O/R X-pipes, Diablo sport tuner, and Eibach pro kit springs. In the front I put Bullitt rims 17x9 black finish. In the rear is Bullitt black finish 17x10.5 sitting on Nitto 555 extreme ZRs. The headlights are dark smoked. I have been in a few car shows - two first place awards and two top-10 class awards."

This Mustang has the 4.0L SOHC V6 engine and a manual transmission. Brian adds, "I'm 16, worked my tail off to buy this as my first car back in May 2012. So far, I have tinted the windows to 20% all around, installed a K&N cold air intake, Pypes true dual exhaust, Kenwood DNX5140 head unit, black rims, blacked out lights, blacked out side markers, blacked out decklid emblem, GT500 style stripes, and a 2010 style shift knob."

(from page 11 of the 2007 Collection) Vindveil Blue 2007 Mustang coupe owned by Danielle Xenia from San Diego, California. It has a V6 engine and automatic transmission. Danielle tells us more, "My first Mustang was totaled, and a week later I began the hunt for a new Mustang. I knew that I couldn't and wouldn't drive anything else. After exhausting days trying to find the perfect stang, my Dad surprised me by throwing me the keys and telling me to look outside! There it was - my brand new baby. This Mustang is my angel and I get a fresh start to create something new! So far, I have added matte black racing stripes with trim around the deck lid panel, black headlight covers, custom vinyl (my initials) on the fenders, flowmaster exhaust, bbk cold air intake, and the bullit grille with the cobra jet emblem. My next mod will be lowering springs. My goal for the car is to have people admire the car and say 'Wow, that is one clean V6!'"

This was our featured Attitude Of The Week starting August, 8, 2010. Richard tells us more, "Purchased December 23rd 2009. She was a Plain Jane when I bought her. But, I realized how much potential she really had. I replaced the factory rear fin with a new raised four post fin. Added a hood scoop along with side scoops and side window louvers. I installed the 10-inch dual stripes from front to back. Also installed the white rocker panel graphics. Whited out the front mustang emblem as well as the side scoop inserts. In my opinion, she looks a heck of a lot better than the 2010 SHELBY. Installed extreme hood prop hinge kit along with a strut tower brace. Replaced the original mufflers with SLP loud mouth muffler deletes. Sounds great! Installed Pypes catted X-pipe and it sounds even better! Installed a Granatelli 62mm throttle body along with a Roush cold air intake system. Man she's fast now!"

It has a 5.0L V8 and a manual transmission. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting May 12, 2013. Ryan tells us, "I recently purchased this Mustang from a local dealership and was fortunate to have inherited several mods to it already. It came with a Roush cold air intake, front chin spoiler, Roush custom grille and Magnaflow axle back exhaust as well as several other options under the hood to dress it up."

4.4 of 5 mustang attitude4.4 of 5 mustang attitude4.4 of 5 mustang attitude4.4 of 5 mustang attitude4.4 of 5 mustang attitude (from page 2 of the 2012 Collection) This Kona Blue 2012 Boss 302 Mustang is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting April 21, 2013. The owner tells us, "The Boss 302 is indeed a very special edition car for Ford. The comeback Boss 302 was produced only in 2012 and 2013 model years - mirroring the 1969, and 1970 Boss 302s and their signature 'C and Hockey stick' stripes. Ford's focus for the current car was to provide a track-worthy car and they delivered with a road gripping, BMW M3 eater producing 444 hp and 380 ft-lb torque. Ford treated their enthusiasts for the Boss 302 with unique fanfare. The exhaust system includes side-pipes, which are factory hindered with a 'block-off' plate easily removable by the owners at home if they enjoy a louder exhaust note. Also, Ford took advantage of their MyKey technology and included a 'red key,' which, when coupled with Ford Racing's aftermarket tune (ironically $302). It unlocks the Boss 302R calibration, waking up throttle response, engine braking and a very cool lopey idle. Ford topped it off by sending original owners a package including Donald Farr's hardcover history of the Boss 302, an engraved and serialized keychain, the Ford Remakes A Legend DVD, a certificate of authenticity, a letter from the Marketing Manager and Mustang Chief Engineer, a poster, an invitation to a free track day at Miller Motorsports with race driving instruction, and some other brochures. Two options for the base Boss 302 were Recaro seats with Torsen differential and floor mats with car cover. I found this Boss 302 on eBay in May of 2012 - contacted the seller and flew from Michigan to Florida to see it in person before finalizing a deal. It turns out the original owner is a friend of Donald Farr, the Boss 302 guru, and asked Donald to sign the book which he then addressed to me and my family. I have 2 and 3 year old kids who don't have much room in the back, but they LOVE the Boss Mustang! Good thing it comes with child seat anchors. My mods include an MGW shifter and a Dynomax Race Bullet over-the-axle exhaust system, which was provided courtesy of DynoMax, but retains the stock side pipes."

(from page 4 of the 2012 Collection) Kona Blue 2012 Mustang GT convertible owned by Richard McGuire from Switzerland. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting March 19, 2018. Richard tells us, "I am an American from Savannah Georgia and have been in Switzerland for 26 years. I finally found a great Mustang and made the jump to get it. She is only driven in summer as our winters are pretty messy. My girl named Angie (after the Rolling Stones song) is low mileage with about only 15K miles. I have upgraded the Stereo to a 7 inch screen Kenwood with the latest Metra kit which gives me touch screen controls for all the climate controls etc. Otherwise she is stock and perfect just the way she is!"

4 of 5 mustang attitude4 of 5 mustang attitude4 of 5 mustang attitude4 of 5 mustang attitude4 of 5 mustang attitude (from page 4 of the 2014 Collection) Deep Impact Blue 2014 Mustang Club of America edition Mustang convertible owned by Brian and Sondra Selle from Hannibal, Missouri. This is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting May 10, 2015. Brian tells us, "We got it last year and have been touring a lot of back roads in Missouri enjoying the top down and wind in the hair feeling. The Deep Impact Blue is a beautiful color but hard to keep clean. It handles great and the 305 HP V6 is a lot of fun to drive. It is always a hit when touring the wine country roads. Life is good!"
